The hotel's location is GREAT, directly on the beach and close to many restaurants. The pool is large and well maintained. I liked the variety and quality of the food at breakfast. There were options to suit all tastes (the fresh fruit was delicious!).

the breakfast contained a variety of food. asian and european options were available. the staff welcomed us warmly at every level.
the executive club benefits were disappointing. the complimentary drinks and nibbles didn't amount to much. there was no club check-in.

excellent service renovated room plentiful activities
i stayed for a few nights and found the poolside bar very intimate. khun ann provided excellent service daily. the room i had was newly renovated. i found the bathroom features excellent. there were plenty of activities, including billiards and tennis.

soft towels comfortable deck chairs excellent service
the pool area had nice umbrellas and comfortable deck chairs. thick, soft towels were available, too. i enjoyed the excellent food and service at all the restaurants. the executive lounge was a great addition, providing excellent food and great service.

large lanai nice staff great location closed lobby long waits
the staff were nice. the location of the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, shopping, and great massage parlors. our room was perfect and i especially enjoyed the large lanai area.
the lobby is closed and many adjacent areas and walkways were also closed. two of the four elevators were out of service increasing wait times.
